Our Wine

At Domaine de Biamont, our passion for viticulture is evident in every bottle we produce. Situated in Incourt, Walloon Brabant, our 1.5-hectare vineyard is predominantly planted with the Austrian Solaris grape variety, known for its resilience and aromatic profile. Our signature white wine is a harmonious blend of our estate-grown Solaris and carefully selected Chardonnay grapes sourced from Belgian vineyards, all vinified in our on-site winery. This approach ensures that our wine captures the unique characteristics of our terroir. With an annual production target of 12,000 to 15,000 bottles, we are committed to delivering quality and authenticity in every sip.
